Command Station and Wi-Fi Information

- All Wi-Fi and network information stays locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or stored externally.
- Manual locomotive and turnout configurations are saved locally on your device. Most configuration data is handled directly by your command station.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To manage and verify your subscription through Apple and RevenueCat.
To diagnose and fix technical issues by logging crashes and errors.
To improve app performance and usability through analytics data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

RevenueCat: Which handles subscription management. Payments are exclusively managed by the Apple App Store.
Firebase and Google Analytics: Which collect aggregated usage data for analytics purposes.

No personal data (e.g., email, name) is shared with these services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your subscription-related data (name and email) only as long as necessary for subscription management. This data is not stored permanently or used for purposes other than verifying subscriptions.

ThrottleCard is available to users of all ages, but it is not specifically targeted toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise their children's use of the app.

Keeping all Wi-Fi and command station configuration data stored locally on your device.
